Can I return my product if I do not like it?
We hope this won’t be the case, but yes, if you are not satisfied with the product we have a 30-day return policy where you can receive a full refund on your order if you ordered in the USA or Canada.
What happens if I receive a broken device?
We’re sad, but don’t be. Please contact us at with your order ID number and a picture or video of the broken device so we can help issue you an exchange or a refund.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Credit card refunds can take up to 10-15 business days to appear on your bank statement. If the refund is made through PayPal, expect up to 5-7 business days.
